We partner with Fortune 2000 clients in financial services, technology, transportation, and other professional services industries to enhance the customer experience and accelerate revenue with content marketing strategies that attract, engage, and motivate their target audiences.

Our growing content marketing division is responsible for strategizing, creating, measuring, refining, and delivering content marketing plans for our clients as well as executing impactful content to move their target audiences through their customer journey. Within this team, content marketers play a key role by identifying clients’ marketing needs, developing content plans and messaging, and defining content deliverables for execution by DemandLab writers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Counsel a range of clients, from marketers and product experts to C-level executives, through the development and activation of content marketing strategies, including identifying and defining customer personas, pain points, objections, solution opportunities, messaging, channels, and tactics along the customer journey.
  • Lead stakeholders interviews and facilitate workshops to develop content and activation plans for customers inline with their content needs.
  • Deliver content audits, identify gaps, and make recommendations for content enhancements and additions.
  • Collaborate closely with DemandLab writers and account team to define, review, and finalize content deliverables.
  • Rapidly gain familiarity with complex concepts, including industry terminology, trends, and priorities.
  • Develop timely and creative approaches to tell compelling client stories.
  • Adjust marketing approach, tactics, and style to fit each client.
  • Successfully revise strategies and messaging based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally, persuasively, and kindly with clients and teammates alike.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and other commitments to clients and teammates.

Education and Experience

  • At least 8 years of related experience, such as in marketing, thought leadership, content strategy, or digital strategy.
  • A creative, enthusiastic approach to content marketing across digital and print channels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
