About DemandLab
Founded in 2009, DemandLab is a global B2B digital marketing agency that helps enterprises
leverage the power of Martech, data, and content to enhance the customer experience and
revenue performance.
We believe a marketing-led customer experience optimizes customer interactions by
coordinating technology, data, and content to deliver brand-defining, personalized experiences at
scale in every channel and throughout the customer journey.
We’ve grown from a one-person marketing automation agency to an international team helping
B2B businesses solve their most complex marketing challenges and turn them into big wins.
That’s why it’s hard for us to talk about ourselves without talking about the great things our
clients are doing.
Description
The Project Lead is a strategic, senior contributor who partners closely with the Manager, Project
Services, to drive day-to-day project and service delivery, team development, motivation, and
problem-solving. They own high-impact engagements end-to-end—keeping work on time, on
budget, and in scope—while aligning outcomes to client goals, managing stakeholders, and

delivery to stay current with best practices and subject-matter expertise.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Project Lead translates business objectives and
financial targets into actionable plans and contributes to strategic marketing recommendations.
They balance planning with risk management, maintain rigorous organization and attention to
detail, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. In collaboration with delivery managers and
supervisors, they oversee workload capacity and support performance, growth, and training.
They also champion DemandLab’s project management technologies—refining processes,
identifying automation opportunities, optimizing platform usage, and driving adoption.
Approximately 85% of this role is expected to be billable.
