The Martech Solutions Architect leads the design, delivery, and execution of client engagements such as nurture programs, email campaigns, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements:
- Implement innovative and cost-effective solutions for the customer, drawing on knowledge of the current marketing technology landscape and industry best practices to enable a seamless customer experience or customer journey for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital tagging and analytics strategies for client platforms and
campaigns. - Develop, deploy, and manage tags to gather attribution data and provide insights.
- Create and maintain email and landing page templates, as well as custom JavaScript for
advanced functionality in marketing automation systems. - Support RESTful web services, SQL analysis, iPaaS software management, and big data
integration. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement attribution models, optimize client
use of email/web assets, and manage enterprise automation tools for streamlined
processes and integrations. - Implement analytics tagging solutions using JavaScript to capture and report online

Marketing Automation Specialist - APAC
Location: Fully Remote - APAC Only
The Marketing Automation Specialist team member supports the execution of client campaigns, such as the development and implementation of marketing and sales customer engagement programs, including batch & blast, sponsored emails, webinars, nurture programs, A/B tests, and trigger-based communications.
Qualified applicants must possess a background in demand generation and/or marketing operations with an interest in building out marketing automation skills in Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
This role works with key internal stakeholders to understand our client’s business needs and goals and execute requirements based on guidance from the Client Lead, Martech Supervisor, and other senior team members to properly execute, test, and quality ensure all programs and facilitate the completion of a client engagement by partnering with project management team members.
Our delivery team uses several tools, including an advanced project management platform, communications systems, as well as testing and quality assurance processes and platforms. The Marketing Automation Specialist team member must be comfortable working within an environment that leverages technology to efficiently deliver our services and values accountability and collaboration to ensure success across all client engagements.
This role is specifically aligned to support the North America region (West Coast - Pacific Time) clients. The working hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Job Responsibilities
Use marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing documentation to build, test, activate, and report on various types of customer engagement programs
- Assist with the creation of both customer-facing and internal documentation
- Build basic performance reports for our client’s acquisition and engagement programs
- Execute database management, hygiene, and governance programs
- Execute lead and account assignments through CRM platforms

Requirements
- Minimum associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of marketing and/or demand generation experience
- 1-2 years of experience implementing and managing email marketing campaigns. Must have direct knowledge and experience in at least one of Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in 2+ business settings using marketing automation/CRM (Marketo and SFDC a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience in a consultancy is a plus
- Fluent in English for business
