As Manager, Operations at DemandLab, you will deliver award-winning solutions and strategies to clients by building and sustaining our company operations, technology, and relationships. You will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) to design, execute, and manage DemandLab’s operational effectiveness to strengthen and grow our business, while ensuring our clients receive world-class service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Optimizing the complete work task lifecycle processes, ensuring full utilization of delivery efforts such as task creation, allocation, execution, and reporting stages
  • Implementing and instituting training for the SOPs and policies across the company and tracking all SOC2 and external audit requirements
  • Managing, reviewing, and directing delivery processes and the supporting IT infrastructure with the purpose of improving and increasing efficiencies
  • Overseeing the collection and validation of company metrics to provide ongoing clarity for company growth
  • Coordinating and managing contractors for all clients, vendors, and product agreements

Education and Work Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of operational management experience
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and managing project management technology platforms
  • Direct knowledge and administrative experience in at least one of Accelo, Asana. Jira, Workfront or similar project management platforms
  • Experience in 3+ business settings using marketing automation/CRM (Marketo and SFDC a plus)
  • Budget management knowledge and/or experience
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of marketing and experience in a consultancy or agency

Working Conditions and Environment

100% Remote work, office setting, some travel required, up to 25% but typically 10%.
