Job Overview

The Martech Supervisor at DemandLab works directly with the Manager, Martech Services (based in the United States) to develop, support and execute on all martech and data service offerings. A key responsibility of the Martech Supervisor is to ensure the provision of quality service delivery and achieve the target profitability objectives of the EMEA delivery team. The Martech Supervisor will ensure that clients receive world-class services from the DemandLab services team through the management, training and support of the EMEA delivery team.

The role will also encompass the intake, understanding, and management of project plans & ensuring that assignments are completed on time, within budget, meeting or exceeding specifications to delight our clients with every engagement they have with DemandLab.

This role is also responsible for the onboarding of program and training efforts, providing training to new EMEA team members, and continually improving processes to create greater efficiencies in service delivery.

As the Martech Supervisor, the team member will provide martech and data services to clients with approximately 60% of their time being directly billable.

As we develop the office, team and functions of the Budapest team, core responsibilities for this role include:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Marketing automation expert (MSA)
  • Recruiting and hiring a team of martech specialists
  • Training of new team members to bring them up to speed in marketing automation practices
  • Training of Budapest team members to develop higher skills
  • Ensure quality of work delivered
  • Managing team members
  • Liaison between US team manager and PM and Hungary team for work assignment and prioritization
  • Support the CFO to manage day to day office’s operations (HR & accounting/finance)
  • Being the go-to resource for EU market



  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to support interface with clients, vendors, direct reports and cross-functional team members
  • Ability to define outcomes, manage expectations, manage cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines based on project requirements
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information quickly

Education and Experience

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years management experience
  • 3+ years working in Marketo
  • 3+ years working in
  • Experience in 3+ business settings using marketing automation/CRM (Marketo and SFDC a plus)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in HTML is a plus
