In today’s marketplace, CMOs are held accountable far beyond filling the pipeline with new leads–they are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences (CX) in a complex, omnichannel environment.

In a dynamic marketplace where customers are demanding more, faster, and better and technology is advancing rapidly, CMOs need to be committed to being lifelong and continuous learners. And their breadth of knowledge must cover the full spectrum of digital marketing, customer experience, leadership, and general business.  

The challenge, of course, is that CMOs are incredibly busy and often do not have time to read complete books or attend conferences.
