DemandLab Wins Big at the Summit International Marketing and Advertising Awards

DemandLab receives two Summit Creative Awards for content marketing initiatives developed for its client, LLR Partners

[PHILADELPHIA, PA] – [July 10, 2018] – The Summit International Awards announced that DemandLab, a technology-focused marketing consultancy, was selected as a double winner at the 2018 Summit Creative Awards. The winning work was produced for client LLR Partners, a private equity firm. DemandLab won Bronze in the Marketing Materials/Collateral – Book/Journal/Magazine category for LLR’s Growth Guide ebook and Silver in the Industry Specific Marketing – Financial Marketing category for LLR’s GrowthBits blog.

The Summit Creative Award is an international marketing and advertising competition that spotlights the achievements of small and mid-sized firms and agencies worldwide across all media and industries.

This year’s awards attracted over 5,000 submissions coming from a record-breaking 26 countries. Entries were judged on the strength of the concept, message targeting and honing the synergy between concept, copy and layout/execution, quality of execution, and ability to persuade.

The award-winning content was developed for LLR Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm that needed a way to reach a wider audience, stand out in a highly competitive market, and further its mission to enable success for high-growth companies and, in turn, for its investors, through value creation.

In the first year alone, the blog served as a critical component of LLR’s content marketing and origination strategy, helping to grow LLR’s lead database by 82%, increase its reach on LinkedIn by 62%, increase levels of engagement with its content by 32%, and convert site visitors to the firm’s newsletter at a rate of 18% month over month.

Building on the success of GrowthBits, LLR subsequently published a collection of this thought leadership in an ebook. The 2018 LLR Growth Guide collected the best of GrowthBits in a tablet-friendly, magazine-style “long read” format that’s perfect for their executive audience to enjoy during long commutes and airport stopovers.
